FancyAChat.ie provides scheduled 25-minute conversational calls for casual conversation purposes.

2. No Professional Advice

The service does not provide counselling, therapy, psychological services, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support or any type of advisory service.

Users acknowledge that the service is informal conversation only.

3. Age Requirement

Users must be 18 years or older to use the service.

4. Payments

All bookings must be paid in advance.

Price: €29.99 per 25-minute session

Prices may change in future but will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled call are eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Late cancellations may not be refunded.

Missed calls are considered completed bookings.

6. Acceptable Use

Calls may be terminated without refund if a user:

• behaves abusively
• makes inappropriate or explicit requests
• engages in harassment
• requests illegal activities

7. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking will only be used to facilitate the service and will not be sold to third parties.

8. Liability

FancyAChat.ie is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or outcomes arising from conversations conducted during the service.
